A mammogram may help show whether cancer is visible today. Clairity Breast goes one step further by estimating your personalized 5-year breast cancer risk from that same screening mammogram using FDA-authorized AI-driven software. Your provider may use your risk score to personalize your care plan, including additional screening and risk reduction options.
Clairity Breast provides an estimate of your future breast cancer risk based on your mammogram images. It does not detect or diagnose cancer, and it is not a substitute for ongoing care with your provider. Full Clairity Breast disclosures are available here.
Found early, breast cancer is highly survivable.⁴
Clairity Breast assesses your future risk. Now.
The 5-year survival rate of breast cancer is 99%, if found early before it has spread.⁴
Understanding your future risk can give you and your provider more information to help guide your care.
Traditional risk calculators identify ~50% of women at risk of later developing breast cancer.⁵
Clairity Breast offers another way to assess that risk, by analyzing patterns in your mammogram.
85% of breast cancers occur in women with no family history.⁷
Clairity Breast analyzes patterns in your mammogram to assess risk that family history alone can miss.
Clairity Breast assesses your future risk.
Your future risk may not be obvious from what’s visible on your mammogram today. Understanding your 5-year risk can add important context for conversations about how you’re screened and what options may be appropriate for you.

Will your current mammogram work with Clairity Breast?
See if your recent screening mammogram may be compatible.
We cannot guarantee a facility will produce a compatible image. Final compatibility is confirmed after purchase — if your mammogram can't be used, you will receive a full refund.
Type of mammogram
Clairity Breast works with a standard digital screening mammogram from a Hologic Selenia or Selenia Dimensions machine. This is common equipment, so many mammograms are eligible.
Timing
Use a routine screening mammogram from the last 12 months. A diagnostic mammogram, ordered to check a specific concern, doesn't qualify.
Check your mammogram
Look at your mammogram report. If it says Hologic, Selenia, or Dimensions, it is likely a match.
Don't have a qualifying mammogram?
We'll help you find an imaging center, guide you to the right mammogram type, and route your mammogram to Clairity Breast.

Step 1
Check eligibility
Clairity Breast is designed for women who:
Have a routine, screening mammogram in last 12 months.
Are not currently undergoing active treatment for breast cancer.
Do not have a high-penetrance hereditary breast cancer mutation, such as BRCA1 or BRCA.
Step 2
We handle the retrieval
If you already have a compatible screening mammogram, Clairity Breast can work with your imaging center to retrieve it. If you don't, locate an imaging center where you can get one.
Step 3
Your mammogram is analyzed
Clairity Breast’s FDA-authorized AI-driven software analyzes patterns in your compatible screening mammogram to estimate your 5-year breast cancer risk.
Step 4
Receive your results
Your 5-year risk estimate is released to your MyEverly account, with guideline-based information to review with your provider.
Understanding your risk can help inform conversations with your provider about personalized screening and prevention options.

FAQs
Your questions, answered
Important information
Clairity produces a risk estimate. It does not diagnose or detect breast cancer.
Clairity's AI analyzes mammographic patterns to estimate risk.¹ Your result does not change how your mammogram is read or interpreted by your radiologist.
Clairity requires a 2D full-field digital screening mammogram taken on a Hologic Selenia or Selenia Dimensions system within the past 12 months, with no active breast cancer diagnosis. 3D and synthetic-2D images do not qualify. If you do not have a qualifying mammogram, you will be directed to obtain one before your order can proceed.
Everlywell cannot guarantee a facility will produce a compatible image. A compatible mammogram is confirmed after purchase, based on your mammogram image. If your mammogram is not compatible or cannot be scored, you will receive a full refund.
*A low or average result does not mean you have no risk of breast cancer. Risk estimates may be higher or lower than your actual risk. Scores above 5% should be interpreted with caution. Scores above 10% may overestimate risk.
For the subpopulations of patients who had breast implants, were Asian, were less than 50 years of age, or were greater than 65 years of age, equivalence of CLAIRITY BREAST predicted risk with observed risk with respect to pre-specified, accepted lower and upper miscalibration bounds was not established with statistical significance.
Your purchase may be HSA/FSA eligible. Check with your plan administrator. Everlywell is not responsible for contacting your plan administrator on your behalf. Everlywell works with a network of licensed clinicians who review your request and order the test.
